“Science has shown that emotional stress negatively impacts the body. Long term, chronic stress causes heart disease, cancer, high blood pressure, depression, anxiety, and so much more. We cannot have vibrant health if we have suppressed, unresolved trauma or live under chronic stress conditions. This must be addressed. A healthy balanced life incorporates all aspects of health necessary for mankind:
Physical – Emotional/Mental – Spiritual.”

Legal Disclaimer:
I, Jeannette Santino, am not a licensed physician or a psychologist and do not hold myself out as one. I am an Integrative-Clinical Nutritionist, with a special focus on Adrenal Stress, Digestive Issues and recovery from emotional trauma, addictions, and emotional distress using the Insightful Change Method combined with diet and lifestyle changes. I teach my clients a lifestyle of healthful living. For any medical problem it is important that you see your physician for a medical diagnosis and suggested treatment.
It is my goal to assist you to understand the effective and productive use of the principles of nutritional medicine such as: enzyme-active food, pure water, supplemental nutrition when necessary, stress reduction, and other preventative health measures. This guidance is considered alternative or complementary to the licensed healing arts of allopathic medicine and/or chiropractic.
The primary focus of Integrative-Holistic nutrition, unlike conventional mainstream nutrition or dietetics, is on natural remedies and restoring or maintaining the body’s physiological balance. Focus is given to the human body's innate ability to heal and maintain itself naturally to the extent that genetics will allow. A naturalistic approach to nutrition and wellness identifies the imbalances in a specific diet and lifestyle and attempts to adjust these imbalances to allow the body’s natural ability to correct the problems, illnesses or ailments with the goal of preventing the requirement of drugs or surgery when possible. According to a holistic nutrition approach, as opposed to traditional dietetic nutrition, this field focuses primarily on disease prevention and healthy aging.
As such I do not diagnose, treat, or cure any "disease". The above process can be supportive to medical approaches deemed necessary.
